Minimum Stay: One Week

In the week before or after Easter or for other brief periods, a Saturday arrival is not required, and the
minimum stay is three days. In this case, guests will pay a daily rate according to the season plus 20%.

Services Included

- Consumption of water, electricity and gas.
- Consumption of wood for cooking.
- Furnishing of bed linens for the bathrooms and kitchen (when the stay is more than one week, fresh sheets and towels are provided and the changing is by the guest).
- Use of the private swimming pool which is open from mid May to the end of September. (The opening and closing dates may be earlier or later depending on the weather) .

- Required final cleaning cost (euros 11,00 per person).
- Cost of heating if required.
- Daily cleaning if requested.
- Cook if requested.
- Child's bed (crib) or possible extra beds.
- Use of meeting room and/or game room.
- Use of commercial kitchen.
- Use of mountain bikes.
